e& enterprise partner with Emirates Health Services

Abu Dhabi, UAE: e& enterprise iot & ai, a specialist company within e& enterprise (part of e&), today announced its collaboration with Emirates Health Services (EHS) to develop and advance technologies and initiatives to improve the overall customer experience in healthcare.

Through this agreement, e& enterprise iot & ai and Emirates Health Services (EHS) will work together to explore cloud-based enterprise system and platforms for community health programmes, specifically focused on healthcare seekers in the Northern Emirates. The two industry leaders featured the ‘Digital Clinic’ at the Arab Health Exhibition and Conference 2023, one of the largest healthcare events in the region.

The EHS was established with the aim of improving the efficiency of the federal health sector in the UAE by providing first-class healthcare and treatment services, taking preventive measures and combating epidemics and diseases, and ensuring the sustainable development of the healthcare sector.

The aim of the digital clinic is to improve access and quality of care through the integration of digital technologies into clinical workflows, evidence-based care and shared decision making in a sustainable and scalable way. The Digital Clinic is a type of health facility that uses digital technologies to provide medical services remotely.

Services provided by the clinic may include virtual consultations with health care providers, online appointment booking, and the use of digital medical records and other health-related technologies. Digital clinics allow patients to receive medical care remotely, which can be particularly beneficial for those who live in rural or remote areas, or for those with mobility issues that make it difficult to visit a traditional clinic. In addition, digital clinics can also help reduce the burden on traditional clinics and hospitals by providing an alternative for non-urgent medical problems.
